Welcome to Tame My Inbox, operated by Wise Roots LLC ("we," "our," "us"). By using our application at tamemyinbox.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What Tame My Inbox Does

Our service provides intelligent email management through:

  • Reads and categorizes your inbox emails using AI
  • Generates draft email replies in your communication style
  • Sends emails on your behalf only when you explicitly approve
  • Tracks commitments, deadlines, and action items from your emails
  • Provides calendar integration and meeting prep
  • Offers voice assistant for hands-free email management (Business plan)
  • Provides email analytics and relationship insights

2. Your Account

  • Must have valid Gmail account
  • Responsible for account security
  • Must provide accurate info
  • One account per person
  • Must be at least 13 years old

3. Gmail Access & Permissions

When you connect your Gmail:

  • Grant permission as described in Privacy Policy
  • Can revoke anytime from Settings or Google Account
  • We act only when you explicitly approve
  • Not responsible for emails you approved and sent
  • Always review AI drafts before sending — you are responsible for content sent from your account

4. Gmail Data Usage

When you connect your Gmail account to Tame My Inbox, you authorize us to:

  • Read your inbox emails for the purpose of AI-powered categorization
  • Send email replies on your behalf ONLY when you explicitly approve each reply
  • Create draft emails in your Gmail account when you choose to save a reply as a draft
  • Access your email address and display name for account identification

You may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting Gmail in your Settings or by removing access in your Google Account settings. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. AI-Generated Content

  • Drafts are suggestions only
  • Always review before sending — AI can make errors
  • Not responsible for consequences of emails you send
  • Content may not always perfectly match intended tone
  • You retain full control — nothing sent without explicit approval

6. Subscriptions & Billing

  • No cost
  • Usage limits apply
  • No credit card required

Paid Plans (Pro, Business)

  • Billed monthly or annually via Stripe
  • Annual billing saves approximately 20% compared to monthly
  • Prices as displayed at time of purchase
  • Cancel anytime from Settings, no cancellation fees
  • Keep access until end of current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused time
  • 14-day money-back guarantee on first subscription
  • 30 days notice for price changes

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Send spam, harassment, illegal content
  • Access other users' data
  • Reverse engineer or hack
  • Violate laws
  • Resell/redistribute access
  • Exceed reasonable usage
  • Use automated tools without permission

8. Service Availability

  • Aim for high availability, no 100% guarantee
  • Maintenance with reasonable notice
  • Not liable for losses from interruptions
  • Gmail API controlled by Google — their outages affect us

9. Intellectual Property

  • App design/code/branding owned by Wise Roots LLC
  • Your data remains yours
  • Communication DNA and voice profiles are your personal data
  • AI drafts are tools for your use, not our IP

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Provided "as is" without warranties
  • Not liable for indirect/incidental/consequential damages
  • Total liability limited to amount paid in last 12 months
  • Not responsible for actions based on AI recommendations

11. Termination

  • Delete account anytime from Settings
  • We may suspend/terminate for violations
  • Data deleted per Privacy Policy upon termination
  • Liability, IP, dispute resolution survive termination

12. Dispute Resolution

  • Governed by the laws of the State of Arizona
  • Binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona
  • Individual disputes only, no class action

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice in the app. Your continued use of Tame My Inbox after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
